Amazon Logistics (Web Access)

Unfortunately, Amazon does not allow tracking its deliveries with regular tracking numbers. That's why you need to use the original tracking link you received from Amazon.

Moreover, you won't be able to see delivery information straight away after adding an Amazon delivery from Web Access, you will still need the iOS or the Mac app (as described in step #7) to sign in to your account and download data for you.

Here is how to track a delivery with Amazon Logistics in Parcel Web Access.

  1. Open shipping confirmation email from Amazon in your email client.
  2. Tap and hold the 'Track your package' link in the email and copy it into your clipboard.
  3. Paste the link into a text editor.
  4. Inside the link you should see your order number that looks like 123-1234567-1234567. Insert that number into the "Order Number" field.
  5. You should also see your tracking ID number that is used for the parameter "itemId". Usually, it looks like 14 letters (e.g. jnolkopntprnoo) or 14 digits (e.g. 12345678901234). Insert that number into the "Shipment ID" field.
  6. Click on "Add".
  7. Once added, select this delivery using the iOS or the Mac app and sign in to your Amazon account if suggested by the app. This is necessary due to the restrictions imposed by Amazon.
