How to edit or delete an existing delivery?
Swipe to the left over the delivery to edit it. Swipe to the right to delete.
How to switch between active/delivered shipments in the main list?
Tap on the "All deliveries" label in the top of the main screen to see different filter modes. Three modes are currently available: All deliveries, Active deliveries, Completed deliveries.
How to get my shipments synchronized between my iPhone and iPad?
You need to create a free account in Parcel settings that should be used on all devices to keep them synchronized. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.
The app requires me to create a Parcel account. Why not to use iCloud?
We can't use iCloud in Parcel. It just won't work. Our server will not have access to your tracking data in iCloud and won't be able to send push messages to you. Read more about accounts in Parcel here.

Premium subscription
Parcel is a free app which allows you to track up to three shipments at the same time without paying a penny. You can enjoy all functionality of the app (barcode scanner, maps function, etc) with a free version.
However, if you would like to get extra benefits, such as:
- Push notifications
- Tracking more than 3 shipments
- Ad-free main screen
- Web access
...you can subscribe for the premium subscription for $1.99 per year right in the app.
Once you activate the subscription, it will be assigned to your Parcel account. If you reinstall Parcel or switch to another device, all you need to do is to use the same Parcel account.
Why subscription?
Over the last two years Parcel was updated more than 40 times. We keep treating Parcel not just as a one-time app that we can just release and forget, but as a service that we will be developing further and further.
Web Access
If you want to manage your existing deliveries on PC/Mac, you may use web access for Parcel. This will allow you to add/edit/delete your current deliveries at web.parcelapp.net.
Use your Parcel account email and password to login into Web Access.
Web Access is available as a part of the Premium Subscription.
Automatic carrier recognition
Parcel is the only tracking app for iOS / Mac which has carrier recognition functionality. You enter your tracking number and Parcel suggests a list of couriers based on this number.
