I don’t have some of the described services in the app. What is the problem?
Depending on the regional settings of your device, 7-8 delivery services are enabled by default in the app (all other services are hidden). If your want to enable other services, please visit your Parcel settings.
How to scan my delivery number barcode?
To scan your number from barcode, tap on "Add delivery” button and select delivery service. Press the upper-right “camera” button, than place your barcode in front of the iPhone camera. iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4 is required for this function.
How to get my shipments synchronized between my iPhone and iPad?
To enable synchronization, tap "Synchronization" in the settings on both devices. After that all your shipments will be synchronized and you will receive push on both devices.
I have reinstalled Parcel and my extended version is gone. How to enable it again?
Once you have purchased extended version, this purchase will be stored in App Store under your Apple ID. All you need is reactivate it, you will not pay for that again.

Extended version
Parcel is a free app which allows you to track up to three shipments at the same time without paying a penny. You can enjoy all functionality of the app (barcode scanner, maps function, etc) with free version.
However, if you would like to get extra benefits, such as:
- Push notifications
- Tracking more than 3 shipments
- Ad-free main screen
...you can purchase extended version of Parcel for $1.99 right in the app.
Once you purchase Extended version, it will be stored under your Apple ID. If you reinstall Parcel or switch to another device, you will need only to reactivate extended version, without paying again.
There is only one Parcel
You don't need to download any Lite/Pro/HD version of the app, there is only one Parcel in the App Store. Both for iPhone and iPad, with free and extended functionality.
Web Access
If you want to manage your existing deliveries on PC/Mac, you may use web access for Parcel. This will allow you to add/edit/delete your current deliveries at web.parcelapp.net.
There is no need to mess with logins and passwords, Parcel will generate authorization code for your web access. Authorization will be stored in cookies of your browser and you will not need to login each time you want to use web access.
You can web access for $0.99 right in the app.
Once you purchase Web Access, it will be stored under your Apple ID. If you reinstall Parcel or switch to another device, you will need only to reactivate web access, without paying again.
Automatic carrier recognition
Parcel is the only tracking app for iOS which has carrier recognition functionality. You enter your tracking number and Parcel suggests a list of couriers based on this number.
