This article describes the existing tracking limits in Parcel.
Total Number of Deliveries
This is how many deliveries you can have in the app, regardless of their status (delivered or not).
Premium users: 200 deliveries.
Free users: 3 deliveries.
Total Number of Active Deliveries
Premium users: 50 deliveries.
Free users: 3 deliveries.
Number of Deliveries Tracked per Month per Carrier
This is how many deliveries you can track in a month with any single carrier. The limit applies per carrier, meaning that you can apply the limit individually for each carrier.
Premium users: 100 deliveries.
Free users: 10 deliveries.
Example: a premium user can track up to 100 DHL deliveries per month and also up to 100 FedEx deliveries per month.
Further Changes
It is possible that these limits will change in the future (possibly on per-carrier basis). This is due to the fact that not all carriers are cooperative in terms of sharing tracking data.
